Our new album is done, mixed and almost mastered and it's time to talk more in detail about it!
So, it is called Y and regroup all the songs we wrote from february 2007 to july 2008. The tracklist respects the chronology of the writing, so the first song we wrote is the first of the full length and last one, the 10th. And we did the same with the lyrics... we wrote one big text that is spread out on the songs. They're mostly about how a way of life can become extremely dogmatic and about all that our city is learning us.
We tried to consider it as a whole piece. It's no concept album, but we actually tried to consider it more than a collection of songs.
We also wanted to bring new musical directions to the band, not relying on a big wall of heavy sound with screamed vocals anymore. So we basically sang more and have no track being longer than 5:30. We tried to condensed as much as possible what we did... we'll soon be able to put an MP3 as soon as we'll get the final mastering.
Expect it for september on Purepainsugar for LP/CD for Europe. Oto records will once again take care of it in Japan for this fall and the US release will soon be confirmed as well.

Nach dem Ende der „20 Jahre Live“-Tour arbeiten DE/VISION weiter fleißig an neuen Songs. Eine Veröffentlichung ist für das Frühjahr 2010 geplant.
